First, Second, Third
The First Level focusses on:
Hydration (Wtr) and Nutrition (Eat)
The First Level has 5 acts.
Each act gives 1 earning (+).

Eat and drink the right foods.

Eat and drink in the right amount.
+

Eat and drink at the right times.
+
+
Exercise at all in the morning.
+

Exercise at all in the evening.

Enter the Second Level when ready.
The Second Level focusses on:
Restedness (Rst) and Fitness (Fit)
The Second Level has 5 acts.
Each act gives 1 earning (+).

Go for a walk (if able).

Do a full body stretch.
+

Exercise in the morning, e.g. 3×25 push-ups & squats.

Exercise in the evening, e.g. 2×25 push-ups & squats.
+

Be generally active throughout the day.

The Third Level has 5 acts.
Each act gives 1 earning (+).
At this level, you must make the acts yourself.
You must make your own goals and routines.
This requires research and discipline.
Exercise everyday in some way.
